User Data Deletion Instructions
In compliance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) and Meta Platform User Data Deletion requirements, this page provides unambiguous instructions for requesting the erasure or deletion of personal data processed by Prime Business.
Right to Data Erasure
Every user, promoter, or corporate representative registered on Prime Business, or who interacts with Prime Business via our web applications or verified Meta WhatsApp Business channel, has the right to request the erasure of their personal data.
Prime Business maintains an automated dpdp_erasure_requests governance pipeline that tracks all deletion requests from receipt to cryptographic completion.
1. Methods to Submit a Data Deletion Request
You may initiate a verifiable data erasure request through any of the following official channels:
Method A: Dedicated Email
Send an email from your registered email address to privacy@primebusiness.in.
Subject: DPDP Data Erasure Request - [Your Mobile Number]
Include your registered name, phone number, and specify the accounts or services to be purged.
Method B: WhatsApp Support Assistance

State that you wish to request personal data erasure. Our compliance support team will guide you through identity verification and log your DPDP erasure ticket.
Method C: Authenticated Portal Support
Log in to your authenticated account at primebusiness.in/portal.
Submit a compliance request through your active case portal or reach out to your assigned account coordinator to initiate data deletion.
2. Verification & Processing Workflow
To protect our users from unauthorized, fraudulent, or malicious data deletions, all requests follow a rigorous five-stage protocol:
Receipt & Confirmation Code Issuance
Within 24 hours of submission, a unique Ticket ID (e.g. REQ-DPDP-2026-XXXX) is dispatched to your registered contact channels for transparent status tracking.
Identity Verification
A multi-factor verification code (One-Time Password) is sent to your registered mobile and email. You must confirm this verification within 72 hours to authorize processing.
Statutory Audit & Scoping Review
Our compliance team reviews whether active filings, government processing stages (e.g., pending MCA approval), or mandatory Indian statutory record preservation laws apply to your records.
Execution & Cryptographic Anonymization
User credentials, authentication sessions, profile data, and non-statutory files are permanently deleted. Any records legally required to be preserved under Indian law are unlinked from your user account and moved to restricted, encrypted cold storage.
Resolution Certificate
A formal completion notice detailing the scope of deleted data and statutory records archived is issued within thirty (30) calendar days.
3. Scope: What Gets Deleted vs. Preserved
- User account credentials, passwords, active session tokens.
- Contact details and communication preferences.
- Draft unsubmitted corporate formation forms and intake questionnaires.
- Temporary file uploads, OCR processing buffers, and unfiled attachments.
- Marketing and transactional notification subscription records.
- WhatsApp direct interaction history stored in active messaging queues.
- Government challans, MCA SRN receipts, and formal incorporation certificates.
- GST returns, Income Tax computation filings, and tax audit sign-offs.
- Cryptographic audit trail entries attesting to professional CA/CS filings.
- Financial tax invoices issued for commercial services rendered.
- Active dispute or legal hold documentation under court or regulatory orders.
4. Statutory Retention Limitations under Indian Law
Under Section 128 of the Companies Act 2013 and applicable provisions of the Income Tax Act 1961, Chartered Accountants and corporate intermediaries are statutorily required to maintain books of accounts and completed statutory filings for a period of eight (8) financial years.
If an erasure request pertains to a completed corporate incorporation, MCA filing, or tax return, the user's direct account access is permanently terminated, but the underlying statutory filings remain preserved in immutable encrypted archives until the expiration of the statutory 8-year period.
